Roscoe Pierre is a charming little guy, who hasn't had a lot of luck finding his forever home. He was returned because he wanted to chase the neighbors' chickens, which wasn't appreciated by the neighbor. So, Roscoe Pierre would do better as an urban rather than rural dog. Other than that, Roscoe Pierre is a joy - he likes people, toys and seems to like other dogs. He's dapper and easy to take care of (though it should be noted that MinPins can have a tendency to gain weight, so his caloric intake should be watched carefully). Roscoe graduated from Small Dog Class, and would benefit from higher education - in fact, he would most likely enjoy specialty classes, like tricks and agility. Give him a try - you might find you're falling in love.
