Specialty Classes

Agility for Fun 1

Graduates of FD3 or with instructor approval. Teach your dog to go through tunnels, climb obstacles, go over jumps and more! Non-aggressive, dog friendly dogs only - dogs must be at least one year old and in good health! $140 for 6 weeks.

For graduates of Agility for Fun I with Instructor approval. $140 for 6 weeks.

Agility for Fun Advanced

For graduates of Agility for Fun 2 with Instructor approval. $140 for 6 weeks.

Agility for Fun Intermediate

For graduates of Agility for Fun II AND with instructor approval. $140 for a six-week series. (Outside)

Agility Run Throughs

Summer practice sessions for Intermediate and Advanced Agility for Fun-level students. These are independent practice periods using MHS equipment setups with instructor oversight. Separate pre-registration and payment of $15 fee required for each session.

SHARE a Book with Your Dog

Graduates of FDIII or equivalent. This class is designed to prepare you and your dog to be a part of the SHARE a Book Program. This unique program allows children to read to dogs as a way to improve their reading skills. The 5-week class teaches specific skills to enable your dog to not only support young readers but also be an integral part of the reading experience. Dogs must be dog & kid friendly. $90 for 5 weeks. If you are interested in this class, please contact Darlene Blackman at 506 -6264. (First class is 1 1/2 hours long, all other classes 1 hour.)

Your Dog to SHARE

Graduates of FDIII or equivalent. Think your dog would be a good Therapy dog? This class is designed to prepare you & your dog for animal assisted therapy visits. Includes the Canine Good Citizen test. FIRST CLASS IS MANDATORY AND FOR PEOPLE ONLY, NO DOGS, PLEASE! (First class is 1 1/2 hours long, all other classes 1 hour.) $140 for the series.
