eScrip
eScrip is another effective way of helping your favorite Humane Society. You simply register any or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program, and participating merchants will make contributions to MHS based on your purchases. Celebrate your pet with a "My Mutts" poster!
The "My Mutts" program of Pet Food Express is designed to celebrate the wonderful animals who are rescued and given new homes by animal shelters and rescue organizations. Donate at least $250 to MHS and your pet's photo will be taken by a professional photographer, made into a large poster and mounted on the wall of a Pet Food Express store in the Bay Area. For a donation of at least $500, you will receive the poster to keep after it has been displayed for one year. One hundred percent of your tax-deductible donation will go directly to help MHS shelter animals, and your best friend will be featured on a store wall for all the shoppers to admire! Cash for Critters
"Cash for Critters" is one of the easiest, fastest and most environmentally correct ways to raise funds and recycle at the same time! With this program, MHS collects empty ink jet catridges, laser printer cartridges and digital cell phones and, in return, gets cash for everything we collect from Cash for Critters: up to $4 for ink jets, $15 for lasers and $5 for digital cell phones. Help the Marin Humane Society by bringing in these recyclables and depositing them in the Crash for Critters box in the shelter lobby.
A warm bed for a cold nose
For just $54, you can provide a new bed for our shelter dogs. Go to www.kuranda.com, click on "donate a bed" and specify the Marin Humane Society. Your gift will be sent directly to MHS! Donors of these beds will be acknowledged in an upcoming MHS publication.
