Humane Birthday Programs

Spend your special day with the animals of the Marin Humane Society!

Humane Birthday Parties
Humane birthday parties are two hour programs held in the MHS education classroom and include the following:

• Your choice of cat, dog or small companion animal party theme
• A one hour program that includes story time, craft activity, animal close-up and tour of the shelter
• Use of the educational classroom for a one hour birthday party immediately following the program
• Theme decorated paper plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths and birthday banner.
• Treat bags for each child with a special gift for the birthday child
• Birthday child gets to name a shelter animal (choose dog, cat or small companion animal)

Party times:
Saturdays: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Fee: $150.00

Humane Birthday Tours
Humane birthday tours can be reserved any time during regular business hours. This 45 minute program includes the following:

• Story time in the MHS education classroom
• A small gift package for children attending the tour
• Tour of shelter

Fee: $50.00
